I think it&#039;s difficult when you&#039;re starting out because you really WANT to believe in the other person.  So much so that sometimes you can ignore the warning signs.  

I also think that sometimes people with lots of ideas and no track record of success, perhaps deserve a chance.  However it may be that your role will be different, and perhaps more of a leader.  Which is fine, so long as that&#039;s what you are expecting.  

Thanks for putting it all down in such a clear manner - your post is a great reality check....</description>
