Did you realise that we’re now practically halfway through January which means that almost 1/12 of the year is already gone? Gulp.
It’s time for a few announcements – as if the one we made at the end of last year wasn’t enough ;). Despite the scarcity of blog posts around here over the past few months, things are about to change…
Firstly, having decided a few months ago that now was really the time to focus on growing the LIP project but then not being able to muster enough energy to lie on the sofa and watch TV, yet alone think about writing blog posts, I realised that I couldn’t do it all on my own.
If I want to make this project more than just a hobby (which I do), then I am going to need some help…
After a fairly extensive search, I am really pleased and excited to announce that I’ve hired 3 staff writers for the blog who will all be blogging here regularly and who all have different backgrounds and experiences of the location independent lifestyle to share with you. I’ll be formally introducing them shortly.
I will also continue to post on the blog but our experiences are going to be slightly different given the impending change in our lives and I don’t want that to affect our existing readers and the site in general.
Secondly, thank you to those patient and trusting souls who have pre-purchased the 2nd “book” I’m writing.
The bad news is that the 2nd book is no more. The good news is that it’s being turned into a more extensive 6 module course complete with audio tutorials, transcripts, resource sheets and more.
Those of you who have pre-purchased the book will receive a full copy of the course for the price you paid (super bargain!) and for those of you who would still like a good deal, a new pre-purchase price/offer is now available here.
As for our own personal travel plans and location independent lifestyle, a lot is about to change and if you’re interested, I’ll be sharing more on my personal blog in the next few days (but we’re in transit as of tomorrow so don’t hold your breath!).

Loved your first book! I would like to take advantage of the Pre-Launch offer for the business course but when I get to paypal it is not letting me change my country to the US from UK. Is this going to be available in the US? I understand you have lots going on at the moment…any help is appreciated when you have time.
