		<description>For scanning and archiving documents, I use an online service called Pixily. You send them your paper docs and they archive them online in searchable PDF format. When you are on the go and need access to something, you simply logon and pull it up.

You can also &#039;share&#039; individual documents with people, which is useful for virtual assistants.</description>
