I saw your book mentioned on ‘Web Worker Daily’.
It sounds like some themes are similar to ‘The 4 Hour Work Week’.
I am not overly fond of acronyms such as LIP though.

(My three cats just don't seem to want to live in my car with me.) It's funny, because most people seem to just keep accumulating more stuff as they acquire more space, but because I have multiple homes in multiple states, I own barely anything -- and I love it that way! It's made me happier, more efficient, and more able to focus on the real important things in life aka not material things.
