Panama Furnished Apartment: Amador Causeway

The second furnished apartment we stayed in in Panama, we rented from Pattys Casitas.
Patty & Rudy are a very interesting, well-travelled couple who originally ran a B&B in Rome but have now moved back to Panama (Rudy is half Panamanian) to run a B&B and rent out furnished properties.

Panama Day Trip: El Valle de Anton

A local breakfast in Panama

Empanadas are the breakfast of choice in Panama. They’re little pastry-type dumplings typically stuffed with meat – usually beef but sometimes chicken.
Personally, they’re not my first choice for breakfast and I’d much rather eat them as a snack later in the day.

Panama Furnished Apartment: Bella Vista

The first furnished apartment we stayed in in Panama, we rented from Panama Casa.
Our first choice was unavailable, so they offered us an alternative 3 bed-room apartment, for the same price as a 1 bed-room apartment.
The apartment we rented was Aqua Azul 6A.
